Article 1 – Description of the leased property: Rental of the Gîte “Maison Plume”, 3 rue d'Erckartswiller, 67290 La Petite Pierre. It is a small house with a living room, a bedroom on the 1st floor with an 11-step staircase, bathroom (ground floor), toilet in the bathroom (ground floor) , kitchen area (ground floor), small garden, bike room and room with a washing machine (outside on the ground floor). The entrance to the house is elevated (up a staircase of 10 steps).


Article 2 - Duration of stay: The tenant agrees to respect the arrival and departure dates notified when booking on the website of our service provider Airbnb.


Article -3 Price of the stay: The price is set at 78 euros excluding tax per night for one or two people (excluding service charges and tourist tax collected by Airbnb).


Article 4 - Conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective upon acceptance of the rules of procedure and that it will be confirmed to us by Airbnb.


The rental concluded between the parties to this deed can in no case benefit even partially to third parties, natural or legal persons, except with the written agreement of the owner.


Any violation of this last paragraph would be likely to result in the immediate termination of the rental at the fault of the tenant, the product of the rental remaining definitively acquired by the owner.


Article 5 - Cancellation by the tenant: Any cancellation must be notified via the Airbnb rental platform. We opted for the "Flexible" option: Full refund up to 1 day before arrival.


Article 6 - Cancellation by the owner: The owner transfers to the tenant all the sums paid in advance. The sums paid will not be refunded in the event of cancellation for non-compliance with the rules of procedure (available on Airbnb).


Article 7 – Arrival/departure: The tenant must arrive on the specified day between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. In case of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner. At the end of the stay, departure is scheduled for 11am.

Article 8 - Payment of the stay: The payment is managed by the Airbnb rental platform.


Article 9 - Inventory: An inventory is drawn up jointly by the tenant and the owner or his representative on arrival and departure from the gîte. This inventory is the only reference in the event of a dispute concerning the inventory. The written inventory of the inventory is not carried out systematically. However, it may be requested by either party.

The state of cleanliness of the lodging on the arrival of the tenant must be noted in the inventory. The cleaning of the premises in normal use is the responsibility of the owner. In the event of abnormal use of the premises, or exceptional soiling, the amount of the cleaning costs will be re-invoiced to the tenant.


Article 10 - Deposit: In the event of material damage to the accommodation noted by the owner, you may have to pay up to €200 (according to Airbnb conditions).


Article 11 - Use of the premises: The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises. All evenings, parties, causing noise pollution detrimental to the neighborhood, will automatically lead to a breach of the rental contract.


Article 12 - Capacity: This contract is established for a maximum capacity of 2 adults and 1 child. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity, the owner can refuse the additional people. Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered at the customer's initiative.


Article 13 – Children: Conditions: Parents are entirely responsible for the damage that their children may cause as well as for their safety. Do not touch the outer pane of the stove (risk of burns). Children must hold on to the stair railing to access the first floor and the entrance of the house. They must be under parental supervision. In the event of an accident, the owner cannot be held responsible.


Article 14 – Food: The tenant must imperatively warn the owner of any risk of food intolerances or allergies. If for ethical reasons, you are Vegan, Vegan or Vegetarian, please keep us informed (breakfast and picnic basket).


Article 15 - Insurance: The tenant is responsible for all damages caused by him. It is required to be insured (resort type).


Article 16 - Payment of charges: Water and electricity charges are included in the rental price, for normal use. In the event of abnormal use, the charges may be re-invoiced to the tenant.


Article 17 - Disputes: Any complaint relating to the rental will be dealt with by the competent court. To know :
